What you should know

• Bee Swarm Trade is a free fan-made companion for Bee Swarm Simulator traders: values, trade listings, chat, and browser tools. Real trades happen in Roblox between you and another player—we do not move items or hold money for you.
• Not official: We are not affiliated with Roblox, Bee Swarm Simulator, or Discord. Trademarks belong to their owners.
• Your responsibility: Community values are estimates, not guarantees or financial advice. Scams and item loss are your risk in-game; we cannot undo trades or recover items.
• Rules: Be 13+, follow Discord’s terms, Roblox’s terms, and Bee Swarm Simulator’s rules. No harassment, scams, doxxing, or using BST to break those platforms’ rules (including real-money trading where it violates their rules).
• Account: You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account and anything done with an active BST session. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are between you and Revolution Software LLC ("we," "us," "BST") for beeswarm.trade. By using the site after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms where the law allows. If you disagree, stop using BST.

You must be at least 13. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should be comfortable with your use. If we learn an account is under 13, we will close it.

You also agree to follow the rules of platforms you connect through (Discord, Roblox, and the game).

2. What Bee Swarm Trade is

BST offers community item values, a public trade board, direct messages, profiles, in-browser tools (such as a calculator and trade helper), and staff tools to keep values and the community healthy.

BST does not: transfer items inside Roblox; take payments or tips; act as escrow; or guarantee any trade. Sign-in depends on Discord—if Discord is down or changes requirements, BST may be affected.

3. Your account

You sign in with Discord. One person should not share or sell access in ways that mislead others.

We treat a valid BST session as you. Keep your devices and Discord account secure. We may refuse service or close accounts that break these Terms, harm others, or create legal risk.

4. Not affiliated

Bee Swarm Trade is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, the Bee Swarm Simulator developers, Discord Inc., or their licensors.

5. Trading and values

Values on BST are community estimates. They are not offers, professional appraisals, or financial advice.

Every trade is in-game between players, at your own risk. We are not responsible for scams, lost items, bans, or Roblox issues. Use the in-game trade window and walk away if something feels wrong.

6. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• Break the law; threaten, harass, or hate; or sexualize minors.
• Dox, impersonate, or expose others’ private information.
• Run scams, phishing, malware, bait-and-switch trades, fake middlemen, or pretend to be staff.
• Use BST for real-money trading, account selling, or anything that violates Roblox or Discord rules.
• Spam, overload, or scrape the site beyond normal personal use. We enforce automated request limits per IP address (see Fair use and rate limits below); abuse may be temporarily blocked.
• Bypass bans or security, or abuse the service technically.
• Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy, or store passwords or financial data in listings, bios, or chat.

Use the report feature if you see violations. Staff review reports.

Fair use and rate limits

To keep BST reliable for everyone, we limit how much activity can come from the same internet connection in a short period (about one minute). If you go too fast, the site may temporarily slow you down and ask you to wait before trying again.

Limits in effect as of the effective date above (we may adjust them to prevent abuse; we will update this page when limits change materially):

Our servers’ own health checks use a separate, higher limit so uptime monitoring does not count against your normal use.

Some actions count toward more than one row (for example, signing in counts toward both “signing in” and “browsing”). Using bots, scrapers, or tricks to get around these limits is not allowed.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (listings, notes, bios, chat, reports). You give Revolution Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, moderate, and share that content as needed to run BST. The license ends when you or we delete the content (except copies in backups for a reasonable time).

Listings and most profile fields are public—treat them like a public forum. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

8. Moderation

Staff roles include Editors (item values), Moderators (reports, warnings, bans, internal notes), and Developers (full operational access including audit logs). Actions are logged. Internal notes are staff-only.

9. Our intellectual property and open source

The BST name, site design, live value and trade data as presented on beeswarm.trade, and related materials belong to Revolution Software LLC or licensors.

Parts of the codebase may be published under the MIT License. That license applies to source code in the repository—it does not give you the hosted production site, its live database, permission to confuse users with the beeswarm.trade brand, or a right to scrape or copy live listings or chat at scale.

Item images from wikis or CDNs belong to their respective owners.

10. Beta, changes, and ending your use

Some features are beta (they may change or break). BST is free and has no uptime guarantee; we may change or stop parts of the service.

You may stop anytime. To request account deletion, email [email protected]; the Privacy Policy describes what we delete and what we may keep for safety or law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal reasons and may remove or anonymize related public content.

11. Disclaimers, liability, and legal terms

No warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BST is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Values and listings may be wrong or outdated.

Liability cap. Our total liability for any claim related to BST is capped at USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost items, Robux, profits, or data), except where the law does not allow that exclusion (then our limits apply to the maximum extent permitted).

Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold harmless Revolution Software LLC and our staff from claims arising from your content, misuse of BST, or breach of these Terms or others’ rights.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to jurisdiction there, without overriding mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Other terms. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about BST. If one part is invalid, the rest remains. Not enforcing a right once does not waive it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours (for example to a successor).

12. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top is the current version. For material changes (for example how we charge or use data), we will try to show a notice on the site when practical.
